Morning Coffee with Trawick, Vintage Lens Talk and signing of The Reflection

This morning was a long overdue coffee with my friend and photography mentor, Robert Trawick. He also happens to be one of the five man Red Dirt Photographers group I am a part of. Anyway… This morning we had coffee after months and months of not being able to and it was truly great to meet and catch up. First we met in the parking lot, unpackaged a Giclee I purchased from Miller’s of my image, Reflection. It is a 12x18 and is being donated to Texas School for the benefit auction. I unwrapped it, signed and turned it over to Robert to deliver it. Then… we go inside for a great coffee, great conversation and my introduction into the world of shooting with vintage lenses. In the near future I will have to pick up a couple and see what all the rage is about.
